We'll review your detailed Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) and conduct an in-depth analysis of your health history questionnaire (both completed prior to our call) to uncover key insights. This session is designed to give us a clear understanding of your unique health journey and lay the foundation for personalized recommendations to support your wellness goals.

3 month package

($275/month; 5% discount if paid upfront)

3-Month Package

Building on the insights gained from the Initial Consultation, this 6-session package is designed to take your health journey to the next level. We will dive deeper into your goals by reviewing your Food and Mood Journal and creating bio-individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations tailored to your unique needs. This package includes 10% off professional-grade supplements and ongoing access to me through messaging for brief nutritional and wellness questions throughout our time together. We’ll also complete another round of in-depth assessments to track your progress and refine your plan to help you achieve your long-term health goals.

6-Month Wellness Deep Dive Package

($250/month; 5% discount if paid upfront)

Ready to fully commit to your health and wellness journey? This 6-month package is perfect for those who want to take a deeper dive into creating sustainable, life-changing habits for long-term wellness and longevity. Building on the insights gained from our Initial Consultation, we’ll have 12 sessions to thoroughly explore your health goals and make lasting changes that support your vitality and well-being.  We will go beyond the basics, reviewing your Food and Mood Journal, and creating bio-individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that are specifically tailored to your needs. With this extended timeline, we’ll have more time to refine and adjust your plan, ensuring that you reach your long-term health goals and build habits that last a lifetime.
